All products prices include any GST applicable and EXCLUDE postage and handling. REFUNDS & RETURNS 1. Please notify us of shortages or damaged items within 3 days of delivery. Any faulty or damaged stock will be replaced as a priority, and at no charge (you may have to pay postage cost), if the item is not in stock or of the same as the item purchased one will be painted to the same as the original or to the satisfaction of the customer. Sorry but if the item is broken or damaged in transit by say Australia post we will not cover the replacement but this rule may very depending on circumstances. 2. Products returned in perfect condition by clients who ordered incorrectly or changed their minds, can be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Postage will be paid for by customer and a 5% administration charge will apply. Clients must contact us before returning any goods a restocking fee may apply and will not exceed 15% of sales price.
